Ending 1

 The scientist Einstein made the medicine so the people tested on the zombies. Every body was glad that Einstein made the medicine. but even though the people tested the medicine on , the zombies did not die. So even the people who survived all turned into a zombie, and Einstein turned into a very big zombie.
